Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

In the event that you wish to cancel your order(s) which have not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer support team via email at support@lifashion.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8009900448 (business days between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Once the cancellation request is successfully processed, the order will be cancelled and, if the payment mode was online, a refund will be initiated within 4–7 business days.

If your order is cancelled by us due to unavoidable reasons such as unexpected inventory issues or any other operational constraints, the full order amount will be refunded within 4–7 business days.

Return

We offer replacement or refund options as part of our Return Policy. If the product delivered to you is defective, damaged, missing, incorrect, or delivered beyond the stated delivery timeline, you must contact our customer support team within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

A packaging opening video is mandatory and must be shared at the time of raising the return or refund request.

The product(s) will be picked up within 3–4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after we receive the product(s) in their original condition with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product(s). Based on verification, the product will either be replaced (subject to stock availability) or refunded. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated and communicated via the registered email address.

If the returned product is found to be non-defective or undamaged, the same product will be reshipped to the original shipping address. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Return Pick-Up Conditions

Category Conditions
Correct Product Product name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and barcode must match. MRP tag should be intact and clearly visible.
Complete Product All accessories, freebies, and combo items (if applicable) must be returned.
Unused Product Product must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and without tampered quality check or warranty seals.
Undamaged Product Product should not have scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Original packaging and product box must be intact.

Refund

Online Refund

For online payments (credit card, debit card, net banking), the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 4–7 working days. The credited amount may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect in your bank account.

Offline Refund

For offline payments (COD, cheque, DD, or other offline methods), refunds will be processed via cheque or direct bank transfer based on the details shared by the customer. The refund will be completed within 4–7 working days.

In case of cheque refunds, the cheque will be dispatched to the billing address mentioned in the order.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in all refund cases, whether online or offline.
