Terms of Use

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform. “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean LIFASHION.

Please read these terms carefully before using the services.

1. General

This platform www.lifashion.com (“Platform”) is owned by P G International, having its principal place of business at No. 14, Lakshmi Narayana Avenue, Vinayagapuram, Rettari, Chennai – 600 009.

These Terms along with the Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. LIFASHION reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility to Use the Platform

Services are available only to persons capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors under 18 years may transact only under parental or guardian supervision.

3. Services

LIFASHION provides Users the opportunity to purchase products on an “as-is” basis and is not the manufacturer of the products.

All product listings constitute an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer which may be accepted or rejected at LIFASHION’s discretion.

4. User Account, Registration & Security

Users may access the Platform as guests or registered users. Registered users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.

Providing inaccurate or false information may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees
  • Prices exclude delivery charges and applicable taxes
  • Payments accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Paytm, COD (select locations)
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways

6. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are delivered by third-party logistics partners. LIFASHION shall not be responsible for their conduct.

  • Tamil Nadu: 1–3 working days
  • Rest of India: 2–15 working days

7. User Obligations

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and shall not upload, transmit, or share harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, images, designs, and software on the Platform are the property of LIFASHION or its licensors.

9. Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please write to us at support@lifashion.com.

10. Third Party Content

The Platform may contain third-party content for informational purposes only. LIFASHION shall not be liable for any reliance placed on such content.

11. License & Site Access

A limited, non-transferable license is granted for personal use only. Commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

12. Communication

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, calls, or website notifications.

13. Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, duties, and levies associated with your purchase.

14. Warranty Disclaimer & Indemnity

All services and products are provided on an “as-is” basis. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIFASHION against all claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

15. Limitation of Liability

LIFASHION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Alteration of Terms

LIFASHION reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

17. Force Majeure

LIFASHION shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

18. Waiver

Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 at Chennai.
